How do I know that my order has been received ?
When your order has been received, you will get an email notification confirming your order. If you haven’t received an email confirmation, email info@pann41studio.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Cash on delivery(COD) or KBZPay payments
Is it possible to change my order?
If you have placed an order but want to change it before its sent out, email info@pann41studio.com
I would like to see the posters in person and make an order then, is that possible?
Yes, we’re always happy to have studio visits. Email info@pann41studio.com to make an appointment to come and visit.
Shipping
What are the shipping options in Yangon?
Pick up from our studio or home delivery for a flat fee of 10 000ks
What is the delivery time?
2-4 days depending on delivery availability
How is my delivery packaged?
All posters will be packed rolled in a cardboard tube.
When will I know my delivery is on the way?
We’ll be in touch through the email on your account page to organise a time for delivery
Is international shipping possible?
We’ll try our best to get our posters to anywhere in the world. Check out the shipping section of the site to see more details.
Products
What paper do you use for the posters?
We use the 200gsm heavy matte art paper to have the best possible colour representation and poster quality.
Do you sell frames for the posters?
We only sell frames for our A3 sized posters. They are made by local Yangon based craftsmen using reclaimed teak.
Can I order different sizes other than what is available?
We can do any custom size to fit your needs, email info@pann41studio.com to order a custom size
Can I buy your posters anywhere else?
We are involved in markets and other events all over Yangon where you can buy our products.
